The Merced-Mariposa County Medical Society (MMCMS) was organized November 12, 1903.  We are a professional organization of physicians (MD's and DO's) in Merced and Mariposa Counties.  Our member physicians are members of both MMCMS and the California Medical Association (CMA) through our charter with CMA.

The mission of MMCMS is to promote the science and art of medicine, the care and well-being of patients, the protection of the public health, and the betterment of the medical profession; to cooperate with organizations of like purposes; and to unite with similar societies in the State of California as component societies of the California Medical Association.

The member physicians of MMCMS are part of a collective voice in our local community and as members of CMA, are part of a collective voice in Sacramento and across the state.

Without our voice medicine would not be what it is today, but more importantly, without your voice medicine can not be better.  The louder the voice the better medicine can become.
